We offer personalised gifts made to order. Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once an order has been placed unless the item is faulty or damaged.

3. Ordering
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate information. Orders are subject to availability, and we will confirm your order once payment is received. If there are any issues with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

4. Payment
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and PayPal. Payment is required at the time of order.

5. Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. Delivery times will vary depending on the destination. While we make every effort to meet delivery times, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

6. Returns & Refunds
As all our products are personalised, we do not accept returns unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange a resolution.

7. Cancellations
Due to the personalised nature of our products, cancellations are not possible once the order has been processed. If you need to amend an order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request before production begins.

8. Liability
We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the UK.
