As all our products are personalised, we cannot accept returns unless the item is faulty or damaged upon delivery.
2. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will ask for photos of the damage and will either send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
